Subject of the contract
Breederland Hutmanufaktur sells to customers(hereinafter referred to as “customer”)the goods described in the online shop are subject to the terms and conditions of sale and delivery (“GTC”) listed below. By using the offers of F.Breederland and placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions. Before placing an order, the customer should read and understand the terms and conditions.

Ordering process and conclusion of contract
The contract between the customer and F.Breederland only comes into effect when the customer places an order and Breederland subsequently accepts the order.

The customer can select products from the Breederland online shop without obligation and collect them in a so-called shopping basket. The customer can then use the [Continue to checkout] button in the shopping cart to complete the ordering process. An order will only appear on Breederland once all the necessary shipping and payment details have been entered by the customer and the order has been placed. The automatic acknowledgment of receipt (order confirmation) only documents that the customer's order has been received by the seller and does not constitute acceptance of the application. The purchase contract is only concluded when Breederland sends the ordered product to the customer within the period specified in the product description and Confirmed shipping to the customer with a second email (shipping notification).

If the payment is not received by F.Breederland within 5 calendar days after sending the order confirmation despite the due date, F.Breederland withdraws from the contract with the result that the order is no longer valid.

Orders can only be placed by persons who are at least 18 years old, not under guardianship. By placing an order, the customer confirms that he meets these conditions.

Prices and product offering
All prices shown on F.Breederland's website include 7.7% VAT.

All information about the goods that the customer receives as part of the ordering process is non-binding. In particular, it should be noted that the colors displayed on the web may differ from the actual coloring and transparency of the product. All information on the individual goods or substances is based on the information provided by the manufacturer and is binding within this framework. If a product description is unclear or contains errors, F. Breederland cannot accept any liability for this.

terms of payment
All prices are target prices, which are continuously adjusted to the market. They are in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT. Delivery within Switzerland is free of charge. Unless otherwise specified in the respective product description in the offer, F. Breederland only accept the following payment method for deliveries:
Credit card via Stripe (credit cards, top-up credit cards as well as VISA and MasterCard)
Paypal payments

The F.Breederland website is SSL-certified. Your customer data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

delivery terms
F.Breederland endeavors to dispatch orders as quickly as possible in the order in which they are received. If no copies of the product selected by the customer are available at the time of the customer's order, the seller will inform the customer of this in the order confirmation. If the product is permanently unavailable, the seller will refrain from a declaration of acceptance. A contract is not concluded in this case.

The ordered products can be shipped to Switzerland and abroad. Orders abroad may result in longer delivery times and additional shipping costs and customs or duties. The customer undertakes to assume these additional costs, duties and taxes.
Deliveries within Switzerland are made by A Mail. For deliveries abroad, the customer receives a tracking number with the shipping confirmation with which he can track the delivery.

refund policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please measure and order carefully to ensure you receive the product you require. If there is a sizing problem, contact F.Breederland. It will be decided on a case by case basis.  

In particular, F.Breederland is not liable for damage resulting from use, care or natural wear and tear.

privacy
F.Breederland processes the customer's personal data for a specific purpose and in accordance with the statutory provisions. The customer data collected during order processing is only used for internal market research purposes. The collected data will be treated confidentially and not passed on to third parties or partner companies. The customer agrees that F.Breederland can use cookies (Google Analytics) on its website.

F.Breederland strives to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions and the contracts that are concluded on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention (CISG). The contract language is German.
